Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Draft, review and monitor all ADEI contract
2. Liaise with relevant parties related to ADEI contract
3. Liaise with airport authority and government agencies for any inquiry and legal matters
4. Prepare and ensure any reporting requirements by government agencies are in place
5. Participate in commercial review of ADEI contract
6. Attend for any ADEI legal matters

Should have at least 5 yrs experience dealing with legal and/or government agencies.
