FlyArystan JSC is looking for Interns in Passenger Check-in and Airport Services!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist passengers during the flight check-in process;
2. Provide information and guidance on check-in, boarding, and pre-flight procedures;
3. Answer passengers' questions and help resolve any issues that may arise;
4. Ensure high-quality customer service and passenger comfort at the airport.

Requirements:

1. Graduates of colleges and universities;
2. Kazakh — good conversational level;
3. Russian — fluent;
4. English — at least Pre-Intermediate level;
5. Customer-oriented mindset;
6. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory;
7. Professional appearance.
